Von Dutch offers a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your iconic streetwear purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
